On 2 July 2019, Equity Trustees Limited (Responsible Entity) announced the successful completion of the capital raising undertaken by the NB Global Corporate Income Trust (NBI / Trust). The Offer raised approximately $476 million in total at an offer price of $2.00 per new ordinary unit issued.
Of the approximately 238 million New Units issued under the Offer, ~65 million will be issued to Eligible Unitholders under the Entitlement Offer with the remaining ~173 million New Units issued to Eligible Investors.
