On 27 June 2019, Equity Trustees Limited (Responsible Entity) announced that the Manager of the NB Global Corporate Income Trust (NBI / Trust), Neuberger Berman, had decided to close the Shortfall Offer early, at 3pm of that day.
The Shortfall Offer relates to the pro-rata non-renounceable Entitlement Offer for NBI and it was closed early due to considerable demand, exceeding NBI's available placement capacity.
