On 31 March 2016 PAYCE Consolidated Limited (ASX Code: PAY) announced that it had redeemed all remaining outstanding 9.5% pa Australian Dollar Notes ($12 million notes outstanding). The resolution was passed by noteholders and hence the notes will were redeemed at 108.50% of the outstanding principle of each note and all accrued interest to the 31 March 2016. This will resulted in a redemption price of $107.77.
