On 16 October 2019, Villa World Limited (ASX: VLW) announced that it intends to redeem all of the Villa World Bonds on 30 October 2019.
Bondholders on the register at close 25 October 2019 will be entitled to be paid $100 face value of each Villa World Bond held, together with any unpaid interest up to and including 9 January 2020.
