Westpac (ASX: WBC) today announced the redemption of the Westpac Subordinated Notes (ASX: WBCHA). All notes will be redeemed representing a total of $1.68 billion.
The notes will be redeemed on the 23rd of August 2017 (first optional call date) at par value plus the final interest payment $1.1305 per note. The record date is the 15th of August 2017.
The notes will cease trading on the 11th of August 2017.
